Exchange 2016 deployment with iAPP template

Hi,

 

I am using the latest iAPP template from F5 to deploy Exchange 2016 in our environment. However, the outlook clients are shown as disconnected. There are 2 CAS servers in the infrastructure. Surprisingly if i disable any one of the CAS servers, the outlook client get connected to exchange.

 

Please advise what could be the issue.
