this is tricky to trouble shoot via a forum, specially such broad issues without any errors, logging or pointers.

 

which iapp version did you use? which settings on the parts that matter for your issues, so the OWA part and the OA part.

 

the two times login points to SSO failing, set APM logging profile to debug and check the APM log for clues.
