Normally I just like to upgrade things for fun but in this case I needed to upgrade is because there is a known bug affecting my environment.

Nimbostratuslooks like its sorted now, was the way the creds are passed now when using 11.5.0
It doesnt like to base64 encode the username when in domain\username format.
I matched the UPN to email and that sorted it out.
