Ive actually come across this a couple of times on my own implementation on version 12 build 1.0.628. No idea what is causing it frankly and I cant seem to replicate it at will. Are you running the same build Godz?

    We used version 11.6. Can you check your hard disk space?

    Heaps. 75 GB remaining. It's essentially a brand new VE implementation.
