Error in LTM log for all ephemeral nodes
We have a couple of LTM pools with a FQDN node in it. This FQDN producdes several ephemeral nodes, which sometimes change, but most of the time are the same.
The LTM checks the DNS every hour for new updates, but every time it does this we the the following message in the ltm logs:
err mcpd[6671]: 01020066:3: The requested Pool Member (prod/"poolname" prod/"ephemeral node name") already exists in partition prod.
This makes sense since it should not re-add already existing nodes, but only update them whenever there is a change in DNS. We have auto-populate enabled. I'm not sure why we keep getting these error messages which keep filling our logs for every node.
Is this some kind of a bug or can I do something to stop this?

I'd open a support case to get clarification to see if this is benign or problematic.

Thanks for your response Jason, we will do so.
I think it might be related to K24159492. We see the this behavior around the same time as the reported error logs:
Jun 5 13:47:49 Hostname notice mcpd[6671]: 01071682:5: SNMP_TRAP: Virtual /prod/vs_name_prod_443 has become unavailable Jun 5 13:47:49 Hostname notice mcpd[6671]: 010719e7:5: Virtual Address /prod/IP general status changed from BLUE to RED.
