I think you'll have to talk to your SE to get one targeted for the VE... I take it that's a real VE license you're using and not a lab edition... Although you should have an APM license on VE... It's a limited (10 user) one. Unless you want to go over 10 sessions, you should be fine to use that for experimenting.

Real as is, a real trial license for an appliance and not by me mentioned for VE edition (I assume you mean the VE edition when speaking lab edition?).

 

(10 is more than adequate for my POC).

 

Thought i could overcome this issue with altering a string in a config file.

 

Then have to wait for the upcoming Monday... ty for your input.
