Hello;
I am checking my backup I do have a folder almost 400MB:

What exactly are this files? Where are located?

EPSEC files (EndPoint Security) are files used by APM to understand supported endpoint vendors for things like AV and firewall checking on the client. They are periodically updated so APM can support the newer updates to these products e.g. when a new version of McAfee or Sophos comes out.
I believe old epsec files can be removed without issue.
