Epic loadingtimes in web UI

Hi guys,   does anyone else experience humongous loading time of the GUI sometimes? We have one F5 that takes up to 20 seconds to load the skin.jsp no matter what browser I try. Here's what HTTPf...

Don't count out infrastructure. I've had similar symptoms twice because of different DNS problems. In once case the /etc/resolv.conf did a lookup of localhost.com, which is a valid internet domain, but apparently was having name resolution issues at the time. In another case, I had a bad DNS server listed in the config.
