Enterprise Manager as SNMP manager for managed devices ?

Hi,   I have EM managing 8 F5 devices. I'm currently looking for a way to implement email notification for node/pool/vs/failover status change on those F5 device and already found few SOLs suggest...

I don't know what version of EM you are running, but 3.x seems to have this capability
