SMTP support was modified to support enhanced functionality, which might require additional configuration.
Configure your SMTP server(s) under System -> Configuration -> Device -> SMTP
Then go to Enterprise Management -> Options -> Servers to make sure the correct SMTP Server configuration is selected for Enterprise Manager to use.
