MVPi dont believe console encryption is possible, but i also wonder why you want that? if someone has access to the console port (and thus the rest of your box) then unencrypted traffic is probably the least of your worries.
as for the AAA im not 100% sure but don't you get passed on to the normal F5 login prompt via the console, so there is your usual AAA working.
if you mean AAA for AOM, then no, that is quite limited.
