Enabling Vlan Failsafe on production boxes

I want to configure vlan failsafe for two vlans, we have to 2 units active/standby with two vlans (currently running in production) i want to configure the vlan failsafe for these vlans. Will it disrupt the traffic or cause outage when we enable Vlan failsafe (on standby first and then on active unit)

    As long as you can verify that they can communicate on the said VLAN you should be safe. If there's no traffic the LTM will try to generate some before failing over.
