Enabling ASM on new device

I am working on enabling ASM on new out of box device, I require the same configuration as my old device.I have my .ucs config file. How do I get the same configuration. I know I upload it to archive and enable no license switch.Can any one please let me where is the no license switch in GUI.I also export and import policies and signatures are they enabled automatically once I import or do I need to enable them manually. Please let me know are there any possibilities of errors by doing this?
