Enable recursion based on client source IP

We are looking to consolidate various DNS servers onto a BIG-IP DNS platform. Currently, some DNS servers allow recursion and some do not. Within BIG-IP DNS is it possible to enable recursion based on client source, presumably with an iRule of sorts?
