Enable NTP Server in F5 in production with zero impact

Hi all,   My F5 has no NTP Server configured with this there is a difference in schedules. My question is if I can enable an NTP Server in F5 in production with zero impact?   tks

ntpq: read: Connection refused

is ntpd running?

root@(ve11a)(cfg-sync In Sync)(Active)(/Common)(tmos) show sys service ntpd
ntpd (pid  12865) is running...
