EM unable to connect to iHealth
Hi All
When trying to connect to the iHealth via Enterprise Manager I get the following logs being generated. -- Login to iHealth service failed, for job with uid 0: 'Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates'.-- EX! Daemon.cpp:976::handleClientRequest:f5em::DaemonException Error while processing client request 'Test connection failed: iHealth login failed: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates == (f5em::DaemonException) Stack trace: [ 1: /usr/lib/libf5util.so [0x5566011b]; 2: /usr/lib/libf5util.so(TraceableException::TraceableException()+0x47); 3: /usr/bin/emdeviced(f5em::EMException::EMException(std::string const&)+0x1e); 4: /usr/bin/emdeviced(f5em::DaemonException::DaemonException(std::string const&, bool)+0x2b); 5: /usr/bin/emdeviced [0x8123419]; 6: /usr/lib/libem.so(f5em::Daemon::processClientRequest(std::string const&, f5em::Dictionary const&, f5em::Dictionary&)+0x3f2); 7: /usr/lib/libem.so(f5em::Daemon::handleClientRequest(int)+0x1673); 8: /usr/lib/libem.so(ClientHandler::run()+0x275); 9: /usr/lib/libf5util.so(f5util::Thread::threadStartup(void)+0x3c); 10: /lib/libpthread.so.0 [0x55868892]; 11: /lib/libc.so.6(clone+0x5e) ]'*
Any ideas as to what may be causing the issue. As I need to be able to do iHealth checks via Enterprise Manager.
Thanx Sulaiman

Did you get this resolved? In the past, I've seen this issue when going through an outbound proxy server and it is terminating SSL or trying to inspect SSL requests on the way out. We've resolved it by bypassing that proxy server.
