Which is the easy way to enter hundreds of redirects into BigIP without entering line by line ? can we upload a file ?

On the Main tab, click System > File Management > iFile List > Import
That will provide it as an iFile, but you haven't provided any use case once the file is uploaded so iFile might not be what you're after.

CirrusIt can have any format, but if you want to use it in an iRule (to compare one path and redirect to another) I think you'd be better served formatting it like a datagroup and copying it into your bigip.conf.
