Dynamic ratio - Windows Agent

Is there an agent available that doesn't need hosting IIS?

For example we host some WCF applications within managed windows services, so that we don't need to use IIS.. however we can expose counters for these applications via WMI.

Or is it possible for the information to be made available as what needs presenting to the F5 so that we can look to create our own?
