Nimbostratusdropping HTTP requests to "other" URIs

I am trying to make an iRule that drops a request that is not destined for any of 4 different directories. Here is what I have so far, which hasn't been working:

Adminsure, in that context it's referencing a datagroup, in later versions of 9.4 and all 10.x versions, you should remove the $:: as it demotes from CMP. The $:: can also reference a global variable set in RULE_INIT event.
