Drive: /dev/sda filesystem type: Undetermined, when we perform SMART test disk have no issue.

We are getting below errors. When we perform the platform check we could see no disk issues. We see SMART test result are PASS. but still get the below errors, please let me know solution to stop those

from the logs provided, Offline uncorrectable sectors were detected for below HD

When we perform the platform check we could see no disk issues, please monitor the error logs, if still persist we may need to reboot the device to clear the alerts to popup.
