Downtime when adding more servers to a live pool?
Hi,
1) Will there be any downtime if I create nodes in disabled/forced offline state and then add them to an active pool AS IS?
2) When the time comes that I need to enable these nodes , will ...

The answer to both of your questions is no. This is a good controlled approach for introducing new resources.
Once you add the new node into your pool and activate it, then it'll begin processing connections according to your load balancing algorithm.

A follow up question:
If we have an existing live pool and that has no priority group setting configured for its members. If we want to change the priority group, what should be the best approach as to not incur any downtime/glitch?
