Doing a discovery on EM 3.1.1 build 40 and getting error

I am in the process of adding our F5 units to EM and I have 7 devices that are getting the same error - 'could not retrieve Admin IP's from the device' What is causing this error?

    Are any BIG-IP devices able to be added, or are they all giving this same error?

      62 of 69 were discovered with no problems, just 7 got the errror.

      Can you ping them from EM? If so, kick off another discovery and see if they work on the 2nd attempt.
