Does updating the Protocol Profile break active connections?
So we are trying to reconfigure lots of our virts to get them all setup the same way with a standard set of options because we currently have lots of various settings based on whoever created them and when it was done. If I change the Protocol Profile (Client and/or Server) for a virt, does that have any affect on anyone actively using the websites? Does it break their connections or anything like that or is it 100% transparent?
Just trying to figur o ut if we can work on this during the dya or if it'd be something better left to after hours.
Thanks.

I'd recommend you do this after hours regardless but generally changes to profiles don't affect existing connections, changes to Virtual Servers, I'm not so sure about but it's probably the same story. Hopefully someone from F5 can confirm. - nitass
