Does the URL Filtering subscription enable SSL-Forward proxy?

I've had it from some sources that it does, but nothing 100% confirmed.   Can anyone confirm that if you have the URL Fitlering license enable it will simultaneously give me the ability to perform...

    Just did some testing with different StrongBox license combos.

     

    LTM + URL Filtering + No SWG + No SSL Forward Proxy = No SSL forward proxy

     

    LTM + URL Filtering + No SWG + SSL Forward Proxy = working SSL forward proxy
