Does ovsdb-server causes zrd deamon to stop /\ f5 BIG-IP DNS

I see 'ovsdb-server' has nothing to do with 'zrd' daemon as it is related to VXLAN.

In our setup which is not the case.

My actual intent was to identify why 'zrd' stopped and started and i was able to identify the cause behind it.

So the question can be ignored.
