Does modifying BIG-IP DNS wide ip Pool automatically updates the associated TTL for BIND resource record

Does modifying the TTL value for a BIG-IP DNS wide IP pool updates the associated TTL for the BIND resource records in 11.0.0. Or should we still update BIND zone database file using the ZoneRunner utility to keep the TTL value matching?
