Does Meltdown and Spectre affects F5 appliance as it runs Intel processors?
I am started to have queries from customers using F5 on Meltdown and Spectre. Will there be any patches soon?
Though these two exploits have not been seen in the wild, it will be a question of when.
I believe the exploits needed some sort of malware running in order to exploit. Malware authors will most likely target consumer devices over network appliances? Is it harder to run a malware inside a closed and proprietary F5 TMOS?

It most likely will be affected even though not terribly critical, but there's no official update as yet from what I can find - https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K91229003

It's you I guess. I can access it. Anyway, I realize the F5 team updates this page whenever there are updates. I suggest we monitor that page for updates.
