We use IControl APIs to automate LTM module operations. We need to find the connection count of DIPs using IControl. Kindly let me know what API to use for the same.

EmployeeCan you explain a little more? I'm not sure I understand what you are looking for? Connection count of members? Do you mean the quantity of all the connections going to all the servers? Does DIPs = Destination IP's? Are you asking about configuration objects like how many Virtual IP's it has?
