does big_pool_member adds a member only if the monitor is fine

I have been working on automating some of the rolling task. Each pool has a monitor associated with it. Does bigip_pool_member has any option to add a member only if the associated monitor is fine. ...

You would have to automate the logic of checking for at least 1 active pool member before adding another pool member.
