Does APM with Oracle Access Manager support SHA512 certs

My company has it's own CA and recently created a new subordinate CA for signing SHA512 certs. I have configured my OAM11GR2PS2 environment to use these new certs throughout, re-configuring cert mode and everything is working. I am now trying to create an AAA server and a test accessgate on our F5 and the process fails every time. I know that The APM (Oracle Access Manager) code is the 10G version which I do not think supports SHA512. Has anyone else run into this issue? Does anyone know about a fix? Any help would be appreciated.
