May 13, 2010DO not see the Network Access link once logged in into firepass web cosule
Hi All,
We have a client that reports they cannot see the "Network Access" link once they login into the firepass. I logged in with their username and password and I DO see it. It seems that the problem occurs only when they login from their network environment. What are the possible reasons that does not allow them to see the "network Access" link. Note that when I login with the same username and password I do see the link so it has to do with their network settings/proxy settings? any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this?
Firepass info
Product name: firepass 1200
version: 6.0.3
client host info:
OS: Windows Server 2008 64-bit
Browser: IE

What protected configuration do you have on the network access tunnel link? - hamid4411_35059

Hi Mike,
There is no restriction in the firepass configuration that might prevent them from seeing the "netwrok access" link. I am very sure that it has to do with their network environment. - Mike_61719

Hamid,
The only thing that would prevent a user from seeing a link is the resources given to the user or protected configuration. Nothing else would hide a link from the user. Even if the link were to fail launching for the user, it will still show up under the home page.
