Does F5 LTM 8900 support a similar function multiple context in Cisco 6500 ACE Module?

If by context you mean the ability to allocate resources like CPU, memory and bandwidth as well as admin functions, then I think the answer is closer to "kind of" than an outright yes. With LTM you can:
- isolate layer 4 subnets (even overlapping ones) using routing domains
- apply rate classes to a virtual server to limit bandwidth consumption
- restrict administration access to one set of vertical configuration objects using administrative partitions
However, in current LTM versions, you cannot however allocate CPU and/or memory to a set of configuration objects.
