Do 2 health monitor searches with delay using IRULES

Dear All,

 

We have a LDAP-PKI health monitor that sometimes marks as down the service when it does not obtain the required response. (here is the ldap search F5 does and the response we get when the search fails)

 

MONITOR LDAP-PKI

 

OU=PKI,OU=ESCB-PKI,O=ESCB,C=EU

 

We have checked with the LDAP team and it seems like there are no problems in the server during the period of time we obtain the wrong response. The response we get is,

 

Search failed(1): Operations error

 

But in the next search (after the timeout value, in our case 60 seconds) the ldap search works and we get the required answer,

 

UP: 3 entries found

 

So to avoid this "positive-false" we are thinking to do a double-checking for that health monitor,separate one from the other by 1 minut of diference.

 

Do we need to create an I-RULE to do it? In case afirmative, Could yo provide any information and/or links on how do configurate it?
