DNS module license is missing after relicense and upgrade

DNS module license is missing after relicensing and booting to upgraded partition (on version 11.5.2 - 11.5.4). Originaly we had this license:

DNS-GTM, Rate Limited, VIPRION(Perpetual) (XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX)
DNS Rate Fallback, 100
DNS Rate Limit, 100 QPS
DNS Licensed Objects, 0
GTM Licensed Objects, 0
GTM Rate, 32
GTM Rate Fallback, 32
Routing Bundle

But after relicensing I see that DNS is missing from license and related key is not already among Add-on reg keys. In resource provisioning configuration I see that GTM is not licensed.

How is this possible?
