DNS connections were trapped on the link down

Good afternoon

 

 

I have big ip ltm with the version 9.4.8 and link controller.

 

 

I have two links and yesterday happened the following problem:

 

 

One of the links fell after it found that the network was intermittent problems.

 

 

I could see the with tcpdumb that the connections DNS (udp) were arrested on the link that had fallen down and that was what was causing this problem in the network.

 

 

The network normalized only after I hung up the dns service for about 3 minutes and called again, with that requests started coming out the correct link.

 

 

Anyone know what might have caused this problem, the connections get stuck in the link that had fallen, or if there is a known bug about it in this version?
