DNS answers tied from one pool to another

Hello,

 

So we are having following solution Domain abc-external.com which points to 2 external IPs (order priority)

 

Then there are some other internal servers with internal domain pointing to 2 internal IPs Lets say domain abc-internal.com - pointing to 2 internal IPs (order priority again)

 

Is there a way to somehow tie those 2 pools answers. For example if abc-external.com will point to the second IP, I want automatically the domain abc-internal.com to point to the second internal IP (even though the first one would be marked up)

 

Is there some way to do this ?
