Disable VS if only one pool member remains

CirrusI don't think you really want to have users going to a VS that is disabled because they will get no response. This question was asked recently, https://devcentral.f5.com/questions/tear-down-vip-based-on-pool-selection-in-iruleanswer111456. Having the GTM monitor the pool and mark it offline is a much better solution that taking the VS offline at the LTM.
