what impact will happen if i select "no" for allow SNAT and allow NAT in pool configuration.

Network address translation will be disabled for the virtual server that the pool is applied to. E.g. You may select Auto-SNAT in the VS configuration but this will not NAT/SNAT traffic that egresses the VS
