disable http TRACE method on Load Balancer

It can be done with an iRule. Here is a post from a few years ago with an example.

I am very much confused. Could you please guys tell me exactly how to write this irule as I damn poor about it. I really appreciate your help. We have https VS & our goal is to disable https trace method. I have seen the above link but not getting exactly how to write it.
