Nimbostratusah, well I figured it out. For our release, 9.4.3, the command is:
bigpipe httpd sslciphersuite 'ALL:!ADH:!SSLv2:!EXPORT40:!EXP:!LOW'
That disables low encryption and null and anonymous cipher requests.
