NimbostratusDirecting traffic to the pool member that came online the most recently
Hello, I need to direct traffic the the pool member that came online in response to health monitor the most recently. In other words, if I have 3 pool members that are Available for the following durations;
Node 1: available for 30 sec, Node 2: available for 1 hour, Node 3: available for 2 hours,
I need to direct traffic to node 1. If node 1 fails, I will need to switch traffic to Node 2 because at that point, Node 2 would be the most recent to come online.
Is there some way to make it happen with Big-ip?

You can't really do this, no. If your goal is to simply pick the pool member with the least number of connections you can use the least connections load balancing method. We have a variety of other load balancing methods that can be used based on what you actually need to accomplish, but none that are based simply on the amount of time a pool member has been up.
