directing remote IP to Windows IIS "IP Security" for "IP and Domain security"

Our F5 is a BIG-IP LTM running 10.2.1. X-Forward is setup and running successfully, passing the remote IP to IIS logs. The windows server is 2012R2, We have requirements to have the remote IP to hit the server for "IP Security". Corporate requires the ability to Black/White list remote IP's and domains. Is there an ISAPI plug in and setup procedure available for this?
