NimbostratusDevice for VPN and Reverse proxying
Morning all,
I start out with a simple qust, which solution must i look for, that will give me that 2 basic requirements, vpn and reverse proxy .... we have about 30 web serveer to publish .. none of them heavy traffic .. and about 50 concurrent vpn connection at our best moment... we want to move away from our current solution whitch are dropping vpn from the bundle... And such a solution, is it availible in appliance only or also vm?

If you need a full-on remote access solution then the Access Policy Manager (APM) module will give all you want (and more) and is available in a VE version.
If you want something more basic then Local Traffic Manager may suffice - would need to understand requirements...

Thanx for the reply ...MMm ok like i said .. need a device that will do "reverse proxy" for lets say about 30 webservers .. not high traffic. The VPN access for remote clients, dont see more than 50 concurrent users for now ... ... would like users to authenticate against novell edir or then LDAP when accessing vpn ... vpn access windows and then android/ios and windows 8.1 tablets etc ..

Hi LTM is reverse proxy by default, and for your VPN you'll be wanting APM - talk to your local F5 SE for details.
