Device CSRs

If you generate a device CSR but do not use it to get CA authorised Certificates, and let's say the device is rebooted. Would you be able to gain the access of device ?   The reason why I ask this...

you mean via: "System ›› Certificate Management : Device Certificate Management : Device Certificate"

 

as far as im aware you can reboot without issues. process separate enough to handle this fine.
