Detecting active device of a traffic group.

Hey there!

Actually im trying to detect the active device of a traffic group to make sure that im allways reading/writing on the active one. I nearly read the whole REST documentation twice but i cant find anything helping me... Does anybody know WHERE i can get this information?

  • Try this:

    curl -sk -u 'admin:admin' -H "Content-Type: application/json" -X GET https://x.x.x.x/mgmt/tm/cm/failover-status

  • Hey Kevin,

thanks for your fast reply! This request shows me status of the whole cluster. But i'm searching for the active machine/member for a specific traffic group. We have several administrative partitions running on the cluster, each configured with a dedicated traffic group and i want to know where each single traffic group is "active/running".

    thanks for your efforts!
