Destination ip adress link load balancing and dynamic routing
Hi guys,
I have a site connected to the internet through two different ISP. The outgoing traffic has to be conditionally load balanced among each ISP depending on:
1- The two ISP routers belong to different BGP autonomous systems.
2- The BIG-IP link controller (LC) on site gets dynamic route updates from each
3- The LC has to load balance traffic among the ISPs in case it gets remote networks route updates from both ISPs
4- In case the destination address of the outgoing traffic belongs to a remote network announced by just one of the ISPs (only reachable through this ISP) it has to send the outgoing traffic through that specifc ISP...
So, in order to implement the i-rule (similar to http://devcentral.f5.com/Wiki/default.aspx/iRules/DestinationBasedRouting.html):
1- How can I create and keep updated data groups from the records of the LC routing table?
2- Can the LC manage a routing table and data groups that can hold 200.000 entries or more from the internet networks AS updates?
Thanks for the advice!
AC
