Deployment Guide AUTO LAST HOP and AUTO LAST POOL

Hi guys! Recently, i took the F5 BigIp LTM course and actually i'm studying for 201 exam TMOS. I'm trying to understand about "AUTO LAST HOP". I wish to know if is there any graph documentation or Deployment Guide about this topic because i have looking for some topolgy examples but always appear only theory but i wish some examples with IP's, routes, etc.. Can someone help me?
