Delegation of a Subdomain from a GTM to Third party Vendor DNS Server

Hi, We have deployed GTM in our Network as a DNS server , now we have a requirement to delegate a subdomain to a thirdparty vendor. Kindly advise whether this is possible in GTM and if yes how we can...

Hi Uma,

 

That should do the job but would be a bit inflexible if your 3rd party were to change the IP address of their name server.

 

You could always use the real names of the 3rd party name servers in the delegation, or if you really want to use thirdparty.ns.maindomain.com create a CNAME record to point thirdparty.ns.maindomain.com to the 3rd party name servers.
