Hello,
Is there any way to decrypt or export the fips converted keys to reuse the key in another box. Any third party tool to support the same.

You can export the FIPS keys to another HSM on another BIG-IP:
but per FIPS 140-2 (and perhaps PKCS11) standards, it is ** NOT** possible to decrypt/convert these keys outside of the HSM environment.
