Decompress functionality

Is there capabilities within iRules to decompress aspects of a request such as a POST parameter before sending it to the server?

    As far as I'm aware, compression is only used in server responses. I don't think any HTTP RFC supports clients sending compressed data in a request. What is the issue you're trying to deal with? Can you post an anonymised example of the request?

    We control the client in this problem and are investigating ways of compressing requests which will be sent. I don't have any example requests to post at this time.
